Lisa Dallos has spent more than two decades providing media strategy, production, reputation management, crisis communications and consulting to some of the world’s best brands and most respected companies. She has directed communications for major media brands, including GQ, Us Weekly, and George magazines. In the TV industry, she has been director of public relations for CNN’s Washington Bureau, led publicity and produced programming for MSNBC, and was a guest producer for The Daily Show’s Indecision 2000. Before founding High10, Lisa was CEO of Freud Communications New York. She is a member of the national advisory board of DonorsChoose.org.

As a Marketing and Sales executive, Beau has devised strategies and tactics for mission driven brands that encompass every aspect of a product or campaign lifecycle including research and analysis, strategy, positioning, branding, sales, product development and manufacturing, communications and media campaigns, e-commerce and social media management.
An avid student of Japanese language, design and aesthetics, Beau spent five years studying traditional art and music in Kyoto, Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and his paintings have been shown at the Fischbach Gallery in New York and Art Basel, Miami.

Prior to joining High10, Amanda worked at Scholastic Inc., where she managed corporate-wide campaigns and special projects, and Paramount Vantage, where she worked on awards campaigns for several of the studio’s critically acclaimed films, including There Will be Blood and Into the Wild. She also specializes in social media strategy and blogger outreach, and her #findamanda Twitter campaign was singled out in PR Week for its innovative approach. Amanda was named one of PR News’ “15 to Watch” in 2010.

Kaitlyn Kurosky is a media professional with a background in advertising sales and local news. Prior to joining High10, Kaitlyn spent two years in Los Angeles at Univision Communications, Inc. While in Network Sales at Univision, she worked with a diverse list of major studio, retail and automotive brands. Kaitlyn began her career in journalism, writing and copy editing for Gannett-owned daily newspapers in New York state. Other stops along the way include AOL Media and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. She is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia.

Lisa Dallos

CEO

Lisa is a public relations veteran with decades of experience providing media strategy, production, reputation management, crisis communications and consulting to some of the world’s best brands and most respected companies. As High10’s founder and CEO, Lisa provides high-level service to the executive teams of the agency’s clients, focusing on their global industry positioning and long-term goals.

Lisa brings her keen networking sense and strategic decision making to High10 and leads the agency as a newsroom, capitalizing on story-driven communications and collaboration between teams. This approach, along with High10’s long history of representing publishers, allows the agency a unique perspective into how the media thinks, and how to get the right story told. Her connections run deep and she understands the value in developing key relationships for executives.

Lisa has extensive experience in senior roles across public relations and producing. She has directed communications for major media brands, including Rolling Stone, GQ, Us Weekly, and John F. Kennedy Jr.’s George magazine. Lisa was the director of public relations for CNN’s Washington Bureau, produced programming for MSNBC and FX, and was a guest producer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Prior to founding High10 in 2010, Lisa was CEO of Freud Communications New York, leading the UK-based firm’s US operations.

Advocacy is an integral part of both High10 and Lisa’s personal mission. At High10, the agency regularly advises nonprofit and pro bono clients. Lisa is a member of the national advisory board of Comfort Cases, Donors Choose and Shelter Island Friends of Music.

Lisa is a graduate of Boston University. Her dog, Bae, is High10’s mascot.

Evan Strome

President

Evan is a media, production and content branding expert with more than 30 years of experience across public relations, communications, film and digital content. As President of High10, Evan leads organizational decision making and development.

Evan plays a key role in high-level strategic advisement and analysis for the agency’s clients. He has an holistic approach to communications planning, and recommends multiple channels for a client’s success. Evan leads the agency’s social media and design teams, and expertly weaves various services and tactics to enhance a client’s overall communications strategy. He manages the agency’s thought leadership-focused projects and works with senior leadership to develop team strategies across accounts.

Keeping the media industry and the agency’s newsroom culture at the forefront, Evan seeks out high-level partners and talent for the agency across the globe, and has developed a network of contributors that the agency utilizes to provide the highest level of service to its clients across sectors.

Beau Bernstein

Executive Vice President

Prior to High10, Beau was the director of marketing and sales for Haelssen & Lyon North America Corp., charged with brand building and collaboration with the company’s Hamburg headquarters. He has also held roles at ITO EN (North America) Inc., and Rishi Tea, opening the brand’s New York City office.

Amanda Alix

In her 10+ years at High10, Amanda has remained focused on client development and strategy for some of the agency’s biggest brand and media clients. She has a wide range of experience in executive and talent profile management, strategy and communications planning across industries, including entertainment, publishing, education, aerospace, and advocacy. As the SVP, Client Services, Amanda oversees High10’s organizational development, client strategy and editorial to optimize integrated communications plans, consistently provide a high level of service and maximize results. She also leads the agency’s talent development, fulfilling hiring needs and creating high-performing teams.

A focus on storytelling and activity mapping is at the core of her approach to client service and long-range strategic planning.

Prior to High10, Amanda worked at Scholastic Inc., where she managed corporate-wide campaigns and special projects, and Paramount Vantage, where she worked on awards campaigns for several of the studio’s critically acclaimed films.

Based in Nashville, Ed develops and leads High10’s southeastern U.S. clients, along with others across business, real estate and entertainment.

Vice President

Erin is a seasoned communications professional with an extensive background in strategy, media relations and events. Throughout her career, she has had a multitude of experiences leading public relations for historic media brands. At High10, Erin oversees the agency’s account teams, supporting strategy development, leading execution and ensuring client satisfaction across the entire portfolio. In her role, she also works to mentor and develop staff.

Erin manages many of the agency’s lifestyle, media and publishing clients, and has a proven track record of generating positive press coverage in national outlets across all platforms.

Prior to High10, Erin worked at top magazine media companies Time Inc. and Rodale, managing the public relations strategy for leading consumer brands including Cooking Light, Real Simple and Women’s Health. Kaitlyn Kurosky

Vice President, Client Services

Kaitlyn has worked with High10 for close to a decade, where she has led PR strategy and communications for global media brands, agencies and nonprofit organizations, as well as executive profile development projects. As the VP of Client Services, Kaitlyn supports the agency’s organizational development and client strategy across news, media, tech and publishing.

Additionally, she oversees editorial agency-wide, providing messaging expertise and counsel to ensure communications plans, thought leadership and other branding is thoughtful, storyline-driven and focused on client goals. Kaitlyn is involved in High10’s strategy projects, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver exhaustive and thoroughly researched plans tailored to client needs.

Prior to High10, Kaitlyn worked at Univision Communications, Inc. in Los Angeles, where she worked with a diverse list of major studio, retail and automotive brands, and in editorial roles at Gannett-owned daily newspapers in New York state.

Victoria Comella

Senior Account Director

Victoria is a communications and PR professional with over 15 years of experience. A skilled storyteller building narratives at the intersection of creativity and innovation, she is responsible for developing, organizing, and executing strategic communications programs for clients via public relations, media relations, industry events and social media.

Prior to joining High10, Victoria served as a director of publicity for both Penguin Random House and HarperCollins Publishers in New York City, where she managed high-profile best-selling authors, industry and thought leaders, politicians, and celebrity personalities. More recently, she led the communications and marketing divisions for Emory University in Atlanta.

Victoria is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Bennington College. When she's not working with clients, you can find her writing, reading or fly fishing.

Amanda Cripe

Amanda is a PR professional with extensive agency experience and a keen eye for detail. She serves High10 clients with creative storytelling, thoughtful communication and strategies that evolve with the media landscape.

Prior to joining the team at High10, she worked with several tourism boards across the south and top entertainment venues in Las Vegas, in addition to a diverse range of other clients in the lifestyle, hospitality and business sectors.

Haley Richards

Haley is a public relations professional with a passion for writing and editing. At High10, Haley creates narratives for clients that shape their story of success through thoughtful media relations strategies. Prior to joining High10, Haley’s previous communications role saw her supporting clients in the tourism, corporate, small business and renewable energy industries across the state of New Mexico. Earlier in her career, Haley worked in sports journalism and for Cumulus Media, where she assisted with the execution of promotional events and campaigns for radio stations.Haley is a graduate of Western Illinois University and holds a master’s in public relations from Birmingham City University. Her hobbies include yoga, reading and anything that has to do with soccer.

Brody Sklar

Account Coordinator

As High10’s Account Coordinator, Brody supports campaigns for clients across industries. Through a diverse background of internship roles, Brody honed his PR and communications skills with the Florida House of Representatives, Sachs Media, and none other than High10 Media.

Brody will be a double graduate from Florida State University. He earned a bachelor’s in Humanities and Communication Studies and is expected to complete a master’s in Professional Communication this fall. Holding a graduate certificate in Multicultural Marketing Communications, Brody is passionate about media representation and eager to apply his cultural knowledge to formulate strategies directed at multicultural audiences.

In his free time, Brody loves to travel, watch horror films and write creatively.
